I booked two tickets from indore to nagpur on 03-06-2015 order no 996205721 from Paytm. And at the last minute when we reached at the bus stand we were informed that the bus trip was cancelled. It was so heart breaking and it is totally not acceptable. The conductor did not arrange us other bus and neither help us. He told that we would get our refund back through paytm. But I did not received the refund yet. And it was totally a disastrous experience.I tried to contact paytm customer care by emailing them 4-5 times. I only get once a reply from Mr prasanta that they are looking into the matter. But nothing has been done till date. I contacted the bus operator and he told that he had already written to paytm to refund the money. But there is no response from paytm. Now they are not replying to email. my customer care ticket no is 108746414 dated 4 june 2015. Please take some serious actions against them.They are looting the customers hard earned money. They don’t even have a customer call center.

I want my money back asap. It is totally not acceptable from a leading company to do that.
