This service provider is supplying set top boxes for digital cable services which don’t have proper price tags manufacturer details, warranty details. He is forcing us to purchase the set top box from him. There are lot of good companies which provide good quality set top boxes but he is refusing to provide services if we purchase our own set top box.He is the only service provider in our area of residence Please kindly look in to the matter they are squeezing money from people. Set top box they are providing is not of worth more than 600 but they are selling it in the range of 1200rupees to 2200 rupees which is literally looting our money. no price tags no warranty no customar service details they claim it to be imported from china.
