I Hari Krishna had purchased XOLO Q800 SPL mobile phone few months back and my phone is still in the warranty period..But after few months there was a hardware issue with the charging slot of my phone .I gave my phone at the XOLO service centre(no 1300131) in chennai for the repair of my phone. I gave my phone on 20.12.2014 and as per the rules of service centre I should have received my phone within 15 days but since then the service is being delayed.I have called at customer care many times but they have been delaying services. I have still not received my phone and neither have gotten satisfied explanation.Now I want the reimbursement for my phone.Hope my request is granted soon.My phone IMEI no is 911306751182907.My workorder number is 310001015812.
