I submitted my courier in DTDC vanasthalipuram, hyderabad with consignment number D20794414 to my destination Golaghat,Assam via guwahati on 5/1/2015 and they assured to delivery it right on 8/1/2015.But it has not delivered till today 16/1/2015 and the tracking even shows some confused result. Please help me to make my delivery successful.I called many time dtdc,no response from them. at all. The track shows it is on light surface cargo although i paid for dtdc green air service.

Kindly do the needful at your earliest.
