Myself, Vikash Goel, availing electric connection from wesco with A/C no. 81122 2110121, would like to bring to your kind notice for urgent redressal the fact that today few employee of wesco came and disconnected the connection of our house and a neighbor saying that some people have stolen electricity from wire of the electric board from poles leading to our house. when asked about how are we liable since we reside on a building in 2nd floor at a long distance inward from the pole and the wire passes through congested connection and is impossible to know about any transgression. it is also to be noted that we have always paid our electric bill on time and no amount is due from our side. it is extremely frustrating when authorities act in such an unreasonable manner and expect the citizens to tolerate their unreasonable action in silence. all rules of law are demolished and grounds of reasonable action under article 21 and 14 are broken with impunity. we demand swift action to restore the same and make sure the authority behave in a reasoble manner and dont transfer their own mistake to law abiding citizens lest we would be forced to explore legal options.
