Dear All

Very sorry to say that I have made a biggest mistake by purchasing Lyf handset model Water 7 Gold yesterday. On the very first day this handset seems to be have some problem as it is getting hanged and again restart itself after some time. I want this handset to be taken back and my hard earned money needs to be refunded.

Please provide the resolution and how will I get my money back. I will submit this handset at Reilance Market from where I purchased it. Bill Invoice and the mail I got from your side is attached for your reference.
