Disconnecting my Mobile Internet pack without my Permission

Dear Sir, Today (on 18/07/2013) early in the morning i would like to activa daily internet pack of Rs.5/- only and i did it daily from last three to four days, but today by mistakenly i was activated rs 98/- pack for 21 days, then i called to CC and i explained every thing to there executive (her name was Sneha). She told that pack now started and you cant take ur money back, so i told her ok im not interested to hear u, plz transfer my call to your senior, she helped me on the line up to 15 min then my call was disconnected. Then i thought i would use this pack and continue with this pack. And Then after 5 mins i got a msg that service has been deactivated. And also the stopped my line to call to CC. (as per rule 5 call per day to CC is valid) so how can they stopped me that service too. So please help me. They should give that my money back or that service Free of Cost. otherwise i have to move to TRAI. Please do the needful for the same. Thanking You.! Regards: Sunil Sharma Apollo tyres Ltd Vadodara
