I have order for an item vide order no 3982055 on 2nd june 2013 and prepaid by my credit card. not whenever am calling at customer care no no one pickup the phone and phone goes waiting till 20-25 minutes i have called several times. no one pick up the phone and neither reply on my emails. Please do something to get me revert for the same. either my product to be dispatch or returned my money with interest and harassment penalty.

I want either my product with delay penalty or refund all the money with harassment penalty and interest.
