Disconnection problems and false billing from Airtel – Customer Care Not Responding

Hi, Airtel is definitely the worst service provider ever. I have been their customer for like 5 years now, but they never seem to bother about anyone and provide the worst of services to their customers.Recently I have been facing problem with the retention team and billing issues. I owned a landline connection with the number 01160763874, based in Mayur Vihar delhi. I was moving out of the place so I gave a request for disconnection of the connection on 26th May. And I also cleared all the pending amount. But then after a month I got another bill showing the connection is still active. To my surprise I called the customer care and they said your connection was not disconnected. I raised a request again to get the connection disconnected, but nothing happened. and a false bill was generated. Again after a month then sent me another bill saying the connection is still active and now they want me to pay the bill for the past two months (since 26th of may- date of first disconnection request) for which i havnt been using the connection, or otherwise they wont disconnect the connection and keep on billing me. this sucks. I have been getting call from the retention team regarding the same and they have been pestering me to continue with connection From the place from which i moved out two months back. Airtel is looting people, and dont respect their customers. I have faced this situation in past with airtel but now its intolerable. My connection should be immediately disconnected and the false bills generated for the past two months since may 26th should be voided. I dont know what to do next. Please suggest.
