Hi, I would like to register a complaint about the STD/ISD booth operating just outside Nedumbassery International airport. There is only one there. Whenever someone goes there to make a phone call, he or anyone who is in the shop, charges more than the bill. More than that, he never gives balance change back. For people who travel from outside, it is very unlikely that they will have the small changes. It happened with my twice, once with my husband and twice with my brother-in-law. My friends and my relatives who did the same also complained. Last year this happened, this year again it happened. That means the owner continues doing this for years with everyone. From myself, my husband and my brother-in-law, they charged more than 20 rupees in 2 days last year. This year again they did not give change of 5 rupees plus to my brother-in-law. We do not have receipts and evidence now. However, it will be clearly visible and can catch them easily if you go and make a call few times. This behavior is totally unfair and I would like you to take a complaint and act accordingly. It is their duty also to make sure they do have ‘some’ changes with them. Thanks Sheeja
