I recharge my dish tv (vc no-01519586507) with RS 1000/- on 22/10/2014. I continue with family pack and it was having all the channels from SONY. But on 31/10/2014 they block all the SONY channels. When I called up customer care I have been told that It has happened to all customers and I need to pay extra charges for them. They have added some other channel in my package to keep it cost intact. Regards, Mrinal-9999770XXX

I want the companies to follow fare trade practice and provide me al the channels which were part of my package at the time of recharge. In future If they are closing some channel, information shall be provided well in advance. I should get for what I have paid and not what company will offer
