Last day i.e. 1st Nov 2014 I booked a cab from NeoTown, Electronics City to Marthahalli at 10.45 PM in Taxi For Sure . I got a SMS in the next minute saying that the cab is confirmed and driver details will be sent 15 mins prior to the pickup .(Screenshot of SMS Attached) However I waited till 11.15 PM and no cab came . Tried calling to the customer desk numerous times but I was kept in hold for nearly 30 mins and finally was disconnected . Being NeoTown an under developed area after 11.00 PM it was completely lonely & dark . I had been to NeoTown for an Official Program and with me was a Lady Friend . After much difficulty and spending a good sum in autos finally reached home at 1.15 PM . My complaint is, if they didn’t have Cabs available in the very first place why they confirmed and secondly when they cancelled the cab why I was not informed and notification was sent to me before time .

I want a sum of Rupees 10000 in compensation and an apology letter from the service provider mentioned here i.e. Taxi For Sure Due to lack of sensitivity on part of the service provider I was not only left harassed and in agony I had to spend an exorbitant amount of Rupees 1300 to the Autowallahs as I had no other choice in that dark night.We had to walk 3-4 Kms in that dark night and had to plead every passerby to give us a lift which not only let me feel painful but also bad & shame .
