Sir i bough a Xolo mobile for Rs 14000/- December 2013. After only a few month of use it started having problems, So i sent it to customer service center and those people sent it to Xolo’s main service center that they happens to tell me is in noida. Sir i have already sent it to Noida service center for 3 times and have not even used it for half of the time after i bought it. This last time the replaced mobile piece they sent was in the worst condition ever, it looked like an year used mobile phone, which must have been used by some other consumer once. i did not accept that faulty piece and asked the local service people to send this piece again and get me a new one. And now the warranty period is about to end and i have not got any mobile nor any satisfactory service.

I want a new hand set or full money back as soon as possible.
