I am dish TV customer having VC No 01514159119 from Ambala Cantt.I got recharged my account with Rs11900/- for 5 years for Super Platinum Pack in April, 2013 valid upto 18/05/2018. Now, in between Dishtv is changing our pack and asking for more amount for showing SONY Channels, not justified,whereas SONY Channels were very much part of our pack. Please help
They should be advised to continue with the contracted original pack and must pay for mental agony.
