Dear Sir , For more than last 2 months i am facing problem from MICROMAX . I have purchased Micromax TURBO A 250 in the month of February 2014 . I faced problem to its touch screen in august last so i have submitted my mobile at micromax service centre Shree Sai Telecom , Gurgaon sector – 14 , after almost 1 month and few days they replaced my phone . They told me we are giving you brand new phone which was wrong . Phone which they gave me was not brand new but some how i collected because i don’t have alternate phone to use . Again after 2 – 3 days there occur problem in camera of replaced phone again i have submitted to Micromax Care but this time at Bestech Services , Gurgaon Now its almost more than one month again at bestech my phone is submitted . Sir please help me in this matter micromax people are saying they don’t have part in there stock . I am not getting proper support as these people are mentally harassing me for the last 2 months . Its almost more than 2 months that my phone is lying with them . Please take some steps against them so that these people don’t harass customers. Now i have purchased another mobile of LENOVO of Rs. 14,300/- for daily use. Please help me Regards Samrat Sharma M – 09958814XXX

They should refund my amount with penalty , They should repair my phone , They should provide me brand new phone , Plus they should pay for mental harassment Mobile store bill and Micromax job sheet is attached
