shri. Ravi Dorlikar took Rs. 10 lakhs from me by cheque four years back for sale of plot. But, till date he has not registered the plot in my name nor has he returned me my money. I had withdrawn the money from my GPF account and also lost interest of four years on the amount. He is not responding properly. Please help.
Either he should give me the plot which he has promised or return the principal amount of Rs. 10 lakhs along with interest of four years at the rate payable in GPF account as the money had been withdrawn from my GPF account.
