I am a dish tv customer from year 2008, my VC no. Is 01505717139. After viewing one advertisement of up gradation from SD to HD at Rs. 200/- I requested for SD to HD conversion on 21st July 2014, no one turned up on that .After one week it was told that my area is so called a cable violent area hence they can’t send there engineers to do the installation however if I can arrange a local technician they can give me the required accessories. I called their customer care on 2nd August to confirm on the availability of offer for free conversion from SD to HD. It was told that the offer is till 12th august. I personally went to the local distributor for collection of upgraded accessories on 9th August. The same was installed the same day at my home at around 5:30 pm, but till date the connection is not activated, how ever my balance is being deducted on daily basis. I spoke to the concerned many times but nothing has happened. Day before yesterday it was informed to me that the free conversion offer was till 5th august hence my connection is not activated. My complaints are1) if offer was till 5th then why I was given the required accessories on 9th by the distributor. 2) on 2nd august executive from customer care has told me that the offer is still 12th august.3) every time I called from 9th august I was promised for a call back or activation in some time, why such false commitments. 4) when my complaint is on going from 9th of August, why my balance is being deducted on daily basis.
