MTS Mblaze – Network issue not REsolved

I am using an MTS Mblaze Wireless Dongle the data card was activated on 06/07/2014 from the day one i was facing the network issue and i tried contacting the Customer care several time on this issue but no resolution was given, hgence i requested for the refund of my dongle after several attempt, but i received an email stating that the issue is resolved and there will not be able to refund the amount, so i kindly request you to take necessary action on this an help me.

i would like to file a compliant against the MTS sales team and also the customer care for the wrong commitment and in correct resolution. also i have attached the email which i have sent to the customer care and there responses.
