I purchased a phone auxus xenea x1 manufactured by iberry. In less than 6 months the phone ringer(loudspeaker) has malfunctioned and stopped working.I made a complaint in this regard to the company. I visited their service centre here in nashik. They said they will have to replace the part and they are waiting for the part from the company. It’s over 2 weeks now and still my phone is not repaired. There is no response from the company either.There are other issues too, like the phone battery is very weak and the 8MP camera is very pathetic.

I want full refund of this phone immediately as it’s not a phone worth rs.12000/-
