DishTV HD – Faulty installation no signal

I purchased my DishTV HD connection with cost of INR 1599. My dish tv account is active. But for the last 3 days there has been no signal in Dish TV. Possible reasons could be: 1. Faulty installation by Dish TV technician 2. Faulty set top box 3. Disconnection from DishTV server 4. Faulty smart card provided by DishTV 1. I did SMS “DISHTV 301” to 57575 multiple times 2. Called 01202550000 3. Opened a request through online account 4. Tried to call DishTV technician (Mob :906607xxx) who never picked up I requested to send a technician to check the connection and fix it but the customer care people are not agreeing to it and asking ‘me’ to call to the above said number who never picks up the call. Because of this I am unable to view channels for which I have heavily paid. I am not sure but this happened after I changed my channel package from HD package to new super family pack.

I want DishTV to come to my place ,check my connection, properly fix any connection so that it cannot be disconnected again, also check set top box and other connected items and provide a service so that I need not come to consumer complaint office again.
