Lenovo Tab – Returned product refund false assurance

I ordered for a Lenovo tab on 10th May, 2015. I found that it was not a voice calling tab, so I requested to cancel my order. The customer care replied that I had the option of not accepting the tab. Accordingly, the delivery was not accepted on 14th May, 2015. I have been continuously writing to them at care@paytm.com. I am getting false assurance each time but my money is not returned till date.

I wanted to gift the tab to my wife since there was continuous delay in returning the money, I could not purchase another one. I had a fight and rough phase in mu married life. It is a matter of mental agony distress and marital discord.

I want full return of money along with pro rata compensation for delay and false assurance to the tune of Rs. 10000
