My DishTv HD STB (Set-Top-Box) stopped working on 11/08/2014. It was under warranty. I lodged a complaint(#182431569) with DishTv care on 11/08/2014. The service person replaced the STB with some other STB on 12/08/2014. But it stopped working within few hours. I called many times to the service person but he told he will replace the STB with some other STB in one or two days. Next day I again followed up with the service person and got same response. Lastly I complaint about this again with the customer care and the STB is again replaced with another faulty STB on 16/08/2014. It also stopped working within 3 hours. I again lodged another complaint(#183159949) for this but no one has visited so far. My request is not solved yet.
