i had on 12 december 2013 renewed my amc for my water purifier.14.12.2013 to 13.12.2014 the person who signed it was mr b.p.tiwari mob 9971346539 no service was given.mr tiwari would not pick up the phone. when he did pick up the phone he informed that his father was not well & in icu. after about three weeks called back but no response after making complaints to call centre mr suraj landed up mob 8010103051 0n 28th june more than six months after amc cleanedthe pre filter,and informed that since we did not have the contract rcpt he could not change the activated charcoal & pre filter. mr tiwari after taking the cheque had given only service request activity report. on checking with the bank ,the bank confirmed chq no768607 encashed in 2013 only. after getting the number of supervisor explained the facts to him and asked for following to replace activated charcoal which is dione on commencement of amc to replace pre filter cartridge to give the amc contract reciept to commence the date of amc from 28th june 2014 to 27th june 2015 as no service given for six months it took further one month to get the activated charcoal & pre filter cartridge replaced. amc document and amendment still pending
amc date to amend from date service started for one year ie 28th june 2014 to 27th june 2015 as no service was given from december till 28th june
