I Devesh upadhyay my v.c number of dishtv is 01516914087 and my registered mobile number is +919594677xxx . I’m writing you to tell that the poor service that dishtv is providing me… My dishtv is not working from 13th August because of which I registered a complain to dishtv customer care representative. ..and dishtv representative gave me the number of Ravi electronics… and they promise me that they will arrange a technician to visit my place.. Till date no technician has visited my place…. Nd I’m feed up by calling again and again to Ravi electronics. .. and I sincerely request them to please arrange a technician or take back your dishtv with total refund of it… there service is so bad . that every time i complain about it they have given me the same answer that my area is cable violated . and please this cannot be the reason..as i am going to pay for your service and if this is the situation then they should have told this to me while they where installing the connection

take back the dishtv with total refund of it and arrange new connection form another operator like Tata sky with 1 year payment of the connection and it should be hd setup box with recorder The total payment of hd setup box with recorder plus 1 year hd connection containing all hd channel provided by the TATA SKY Should be done by dishtv with the toatl refund of the existing setup box
