I purchased a Lenovo S660 (863336021978212/863336021978220) phone for INR 12049/- on 7th May 2014 and within 1.5 months, the loud speaker of phone stopped working, there were no service centers around, finally I found one and gave my phone to Marol Service Center on 13th Aug 2014, the service center changed motherboard, PCB and display of my phone without my consent and I could tell by just one look that the display was old one, I argued with service center but they did not help me, after the PCB change my IMEI numbers also changed, the numbers on cellphone dont match with bill now, the cellphone ticker shows 2 IMEI numbers and when I do *#06# I see 2 IMEI numbers, only one of them match. I doubt that the service center replaced my original cellphone hardware with duplicate/substandard hardware. This could potentially damage my experience with Lenovo.

I want complete replacement of phone or refund of my money whichever possible.
