DISHTV – Super Platinum plan automatically cancelled

Dear Sir, I already raised complaint to DISHTV customer care, for your reference look into trailing e-mail, and give me solution as soon, because this is my last way to booked/raised complaint to Jago garahak Jago(Ministry of consumer affairs). Dear Sir My self Sanjay Rohilla, House no- 307,Pocket B-9,Sector-5 Rohini, Delhi – 110085, I had booked online dishtv connection (multi connection), dated : 25-09-12, one is parent connection distv+ with recording and two is child connection (dishtv), and token no is for parent connection is:- 138705 and child connection token no is: 138713. And my vc no is for parent connection is: 01517207561, SAF no. is: 1705863. And child connection vc no. is: 01517268723, SAF no is: 14948727. another child connection no. is: 01517253333, SAF no is: 14839056. Main Problem is that, I already raised complaint to Customer Care but they have not any solution–” They Have simply replied– we have forward your query to sales team”. In Only Dishtv service provider they cant not provide good channel to customer like “UTV Movies, UTV Action, UTV STars and many more” with the high amount aprox Rs 500. Earlier my pack include all channel at –Super Platinum, but before 3 months back, all channel is automatically gone without any notice. Why dishtv removed all my favorite channel automatically for that I call to customer care but they not have any reason. And the other end, another dth service provider D2h Videokon provide all good channel on lesser rate compare to dishtv.-Why..? for your reference, I attached url for channel list and only Rs. 300 Videokon provide all channel but dishtv can’t. http://www.videocond2h.com/WSC/new_gold_sports_pack.aspx At last if you have any solution for upgrading the packs, please do it at your level. otherwise removed my all 4 four connection and refund back to money. and my next step –lodge complaint to TRY(Telecom regulatory authority) . ?Thanks & R?regards? ?Sanjay Rohilla 09873542xxx

Till date, I could not get the any solution…..Why, because as per Mr. Javed and Radhika(Customer Care Team) dated 29-Aug-2014, In 24 hrs they are provided solution but they not. Another Issue today, I call to customer care team (0120- 2550000) regarding mod movie and Mr. Amit Yadev (customer care team) picked a phone, but they not enough knowledge to solved customer issue, after 10 minute talked , i request to him please call me back but they simply denied all things, this is very worst response to customer. anybody, In dishtv resolved the issue or call me back for explanation.
