Hello Sir, I am the consumer of Reliance Digital TV earlier known as Big tv. Smart card no: 200752226784 Due to construction of new building near to our apartment, Our dish is not working. So I raised a complaint to reliance digital tv for installation of dish tv on the terrace which is currently in first floor. Service request no : 224311731 , Date 28Aug 2014. As per their call center it cost me Rs350 for installation. On 29Th the service person visited my and removed the dish from first floor and moved the dish to terrace. But he didn’t installed my dish on the terrace. He just connected cable to some other vacant dish on the terrace which is Tata Sky And he escaped the place without my notice. On the same day evening, I saw a Rs350 deduction from account. I informed their customer center about this fraud deduction without installing my own dish. As per suggestion by their customer center and as my installation is under warranty, they raised a second free service request to install my own dish. Service req No: 224384052 on 30Aug 2014, On the same day the service person visited my house and this time he drilled my own dish and left the place. But on the same day evening I saw another fraud Rs250 deduction on my account. So, Total they deducted Rs600 from account which should be Rs350. So i request you to help me to get the refund of Rs250 from Reliance Digital Tv. I tried calling their customer center about Refund but they were not doing refund of Rs250 even though it is fraud done by their Service persons. Regards KiranKumar
