This is to inform you that I bought Nokia 225 model from Virmani Communication, Chakrata Road Dehradun on 15/07/2014. After around one month the display of the phone automatically got white and nothing is visible on the screen. I visited Nokia Customer Care on 6/09/2014 bearing address 36,New Market,First Floor, Opp. GPO,Clock Tower, Dehradun and they told me that display screen will be replaced by the new screen. They told that they ordered the new screen but still the screen has not arrived till today. I want you to take action in this regards as soon as possible otherwise I will file complaint in the consumer court regarding this delay of service. Kindly take action as soon as possible.Otherwise I am going to file complaint on 23/09/2014.
