I brought one product from ebay.in costing rupees 555/- PaisaPay ID 36179454619 (Rs.355/- after discount). The same item i received faulty to raised claim (claim ID 484464) for which i got refund in form of coupon on 06-May-2014 18:26 and i received this mail as bellow Dear Kapil,

We thank you for your precious time in helping us investigate the issue you faced with your purchase. We regret to inform you that after investigating the claim we are rejecting your eBay Guarantee* claim request. Click here for more information. Please find the details here

Action : Buyer cancelled his claim request – Claim Closed

But till now i din not received any coupons inspire of calling ebay again again today is 22/09/2014.

Please take proper action in this regard.
