I have a Saving A/c with SBI. I was provided with a Debit Card which is valid for lifetime. The quality of the Card is not such that it will last for lifelong. If one wants to change the card they charge for the replacement cost. No bank in the country charge for any annual/replacing charge for the debit card except SBI, whereas SBI is charging both annual & replacement cost. When I asked for a simple ATM card which they refused to have any such card.

I want the bank not to charge any annual charges & to issue a card that has to be replaced every 3 or 5 years. When they are issuing a debit card they are already earning when someone is spending for purchases.

SBI Manager Not Treating Customers Well
sir, I bikash thakur, resident of 10th mile rishi road kalimpong. today i visited sbi for opening new account and sbi staff was not treated good with me . you can also check cctv footage time is 3:25 pm, date 12/09/2014 i would like to requested to kindly take any action
