I gave my phone ninja super phone at Micromax service center at Marathahalli, Bangalore on 02/07/2014. The mobile is not yet got repaired and the staff told did not inform me about further delay. Kindly check and let me know about the status of my mobile.
I purchased a different mobile as they have not gave back on time. I doubt whether they will refund my mobile or not. I want the service center to correct my mobile and give back to me soon.
I see lot of such problems from Micromax Mobiles as well as Xolo, why is the DoT not taking any action against such Companies ?
