Do You Trust SnapDeal 7 Day Easy Return Policy ?

I have bought an mobile phone from snapdeal on 30th July 2016 and it was delivered on 1st august 2016.When i started using the mobile it was not working properly and there were lots of problem.Most of the time phones used to get hang and i missed lots of important calls and messages. As it was listed on snapdeal and they have there seven day easy return policy so on 4th of august i requested them to take it back and refund my money. As product was listed on their website so they should have done a thorough quality product check on that. Now its been more then a week no one has responded from snapdeal on my issue and seek compensation and money back. I hope the concerned authority will intervene and do the needful for the buyer protection and will take stringent action against the unfair trade practices of this company.

I have suffered no physical damages although there were economical damages. I have suffered losses in my work due to non working of the product. I want my paid amount for this product from sanpdeal immediately and monetary damages for my loss work.
