I am Amith from Thodupuzha, Kerala. I have cancelled booking I have done for Ford Figo Aspire more than a month before. Till now I haven’t got my booking amount back from Ford dealer Kairali Ford Thodupuzha. Each time when I contact them they are giving me false details, they will say like the amount will be credited to your account within two days. They have fooled me many times like that and the last time when I contacted them they said they have deposited amount to my account. It has been 2 days after that but still I didn’t get the amount credited to my account.

I am yet to get my booking amount after cancellation which comes Rs5000.
