Roaming charges are not deducted as per plan obtained during connection, docomo arguing that obtained plan discontinued before the connection date. Though i have submitted the document received from docomo care regarding plan details, they are not ready to accept the same
connection date : 15/01/2013 email from docomo describing plan details : 11/04/2013 issue forward to AP State appellate of DOCOMO Twice, there is no response. Same intimated to Public Grievance Cell of DOT,they have forwarded the compliant to concern person twice. but still there is no action from DOCOMO side
I demand excess charges to be adjusted in next billing cycle.
