I have purchased MICROMAX ALPHA P250 Mobile Handset in universal in mahalakshmi layout, Bangalore. they said all applications will support and specially asked for SKYPE AND WATSAPP APPLICATION they said it will support i tried to download the app but its not supported then i asked the micromax service center(suggested by universal) they said company should launch the app please wait so i wait for many days and am doing follow up continuously now they are saying application will support.

I want replacement which support all apps by the device.
