I am really pissed off with the service as well as the people who are sitting on the customer care desk are pathetic to resolve the issue.I am facing this problem from the time i have purchased the that HTC desire 500 . Its the fifth time i am facing problem with my mobile in a year time. I have even asked the manager at service center of e-mall chandni chowk (tvs electronics pvt. ltd)to replace the phone as i can fell that I have got a defective piece.I am still facing the problem though i kept my phone at the service center for 4 months.All the engineers who are working at e-mall service center are not well trained to fix particular issue.I have many the videos of the new problem which I am facing on my phone there are lot more videos associated which I can upload.Not even they have provided me the defective phone but as well not resolving my issue.Every time I call there customer care they put on a long hold for 15 minutes and hang the call and never bother to revert back the call.

I want my cell phone to be replaced as i got the defective piece from the HTC India.
