I used services of Meru Radio Cab on 15/02/15 from Kandivali (W) to Churchgate. My Booking Ref. No is 35471241. I was overcharged 600Rs against against bill of only 21Rs.I mailed the company many times but they compensated by providing voucher of 100Rs only. I mailed them multiple times regarding reversal of overpaid amount charged by them and not being compensated by just 100Rs voucher but till date i haven’t received any revert from their end.Kindly look into it.

I was overcharged with amount of 579Rs instead of recipt amount of just 21Rs. In all i paid 600rs instead of 21rs. I would like to get compensated by getting reversal of 600rs of by getting provided with voucher of overcharged amt i.e 579rs.
