I took a Toshiba Laptop Battery(5558) from IT GAIN computers,S.P.Road,Bangalore on 27/04/14 for a warranty of 1 year. Now It is not giving descent battery backup. So today(28/02/2015) I went to the shop asking for replacement/repair of battery. They are stating that it is not possible to give replacement, stating it is a loss for their shop. As they have to give a new battery in replacement

I have to waste my whole day, cancelling all my day work to visit the shop. After I went there its of no use. My laptop is getting heated like pan because of battery problem. Laptop is not giving actual performance because of battery.

I want a new battery to be given to me as a replacement. I cannot go to their shop again wasting my whole day. Travelling far away distance. So they have to make arrangement to hand over the battery to my place. I can send the warranty receipt copy in turn. along with old battery.
