IRCTC Unfair Tatkal Booking Process

I have failed twice to book, Tatkal train ticket from IRCTC login (common user). I finished my process by 10.02 am yesterday and today, till making payment by SBI online login. Still ticket is not delivered and says error by irctc. Irctc transactions: 10000018 1672059 (dated 28.02.15) & 10000018 0858775 (dated 27.02.15). Its a very unfair approach carried by IRCTC for common users, its surprising that railway agents succeed in getting tickets till 10.15am. Enclosed snaps of failure details for Ur info & suitable action for common users. Please reply the reason for not delivering me the ticket.

Wastage of valuable time and trust on website. Two times this has happened with me. Made me confused when & how to make my friend to travel. Proper Email reply with suitable action for improvement towards common booking customers.
