Here with a disappointment i am sharing my experience with dominos. Yesterday On 20-12-2014 i reached home late ,i ordered pizza at saharanpur road niranjanpur dehradun store at 10.50 pm online,my order number was 214, i got confirmation call and was told that your pizza will be delivered by 11.30 or 11.45. I told the store attendant that i will not accept the pizza after 11.30 because my house is just hardly 5 mins away from store,then store attendant told me that we are cancelling your order and he simply hung up the phone. Again some one called me and told that we will deliver your pizza by 11.30 or 11.45,i said ok. Now its 12.43 am, still i haven’t get my pizza. Even i didn’t get any information from the store. It happened second time with this store, i was a regular customer of dominos at indira nagar store dehradun but since this store is opened, i got very poor service. It was my 3rd order in last 15 days…pizza hut has also opened their outlet in same locality. If this attitude of dominos will remain same then i will have to move to pizza hut.
