Respected Sir/Ma’am,

This is to state that I had purchased a lenovo handset product model:P780_IN_8G_Deep Blac on 5th may 2014 worth Rs.17000.I am facing network problem and no data is being received. I have submitted the handset at Lenovo service centre at laxmi nagar,vishwas marg centre;my fault code is M0299.They have confirmed to me that you will receive the handset next week but I have visited there thrice but they are not able to repair my handset,because they don’t have the spare parts as they are saying.I am facing a lot of problem due to this.Please replace my handset as soon as possible and respond to me.
