Dominos Pizza Order Placed by Mobile App, Delivery Delayed

I ordered 2 large pizzas through the online app at 9:47pm on 6th August, 2016. I got a call to inquire about my address at 11pm almost 1 and half hour after the time of order. Also, I was at no time previously told about the delay in delivery. I have attached a copy of the bill indicating the time of order placement.

I had guest over who were all anticipating a pizza party and were emotionally upset seeing the delay. Also waiting for the delivery left us almost hungry and we had to travel far to get to a open restaurant at that time of the night(after 11pm).

We atleast want an apology and 2 orders of the same amount delivered to us for free as soon as possible
