Amazon India – Pathetic Delivery, Wrong Product

Hi, Note below. After writing for several mails, you are providing the same false reason which has no base. Now i will be taking consumer assistance to deal with this. I am out of the city from 24th july 2016 to 2nd Aug 2016. I have communicated in my all previous communications. your delivery person is just blindly lying you .All are rubbish.it is impossible that the product is delivered on 28th july. I am staying alone ,so no reason to accept this by my family members. false signature show to you. Next time take signature along with photo while delivering the product. After escalating this your by 9 pm,on 3rd aug,you delivery boy came and given the product me at 9:55 pm. These incidents are mention in my previous communications. Now when i opened it ,i found complete different product. I ordered multi colour as mention in picture,but received all white colour and different size.

Out of Bangalore proof is attached (boarding pass). In you mails i have seen you mention as per “investigation”,which investigation?false investigation. All your investigations are wrong. How you expect customer will trust you? Now i ask you show me the proof of your investigation what you did? Show the proofs that you have delivered the products to me. 17.you better improve your delivery strategy and methodology . I want you take your wrong product and refund the amount . 19.if i have to invest time again for this issue,i will involve consumer help. 20.no more discussion on this. Thanks, arup kumar monda
