Reliance Digital Not Replacing LED TV Under Insurance

I bought my 40 inch soniq T.V led with 3 years of extended warranty. Now screen is factory defected screen and reliance digital service cannot find the spares for which they have insured. Now I demand for my product and their reply was to take a depreciation. and too low as 30 % for just two years. I rejected now they say they use a non qualitative screen for replacement. i Don’t need it. I need my television screen repaired. or a replacement for the same. complaint no: 8006072041.

I spent 34 k before just two years and they say they can’t do the repair so they pay a kind of help of 30% as if i was begging. when i pay my insurance amount well in advance why should compromise. moreover I am spending time with out the TV for about week who pays for inconvenience caused.

I need my T.V repaired. Or replaced with out a penny from my pocket.That is my right.I need it.
