Sir, I have sent a courier through DTDC from Gurgaon dated 16th May 2015 to Lucknow. The courier company had told me that this parcel will be delivered to the consignee within 1 to 2 days; but even today 20th May 2015; the courier has not been delivered to the consignee. I tried to talk to their customer care officer, written a mail also to them in this regard but did not get any fruitful response. I request you to please register my grievance as I have been mentally tired with follow-ups with DTDC personnel. My Consignment No is: Z54176204

I want immediate delivery of the courier and reason for the delay.
