Oneplus Mobile – False Commitment – Review

My mobile started having Mic problem after 20 days of use from the date of purchase in Feb 2015 so I submitted it to service center in Surat and was told by updating software it will be solved I had it done but problem existed so again I submitted my handset on 20 th March 2015 with Job sheet JS15032000163 and was given 15 days commitment I made lot of calls and emails to both service center in Surat and customer support in Delhi After around 10 days of mobile submission to service center I call to customer care to inquire about the Job sheet and was told its under observation and if there is problem part will be replaced Few days later Again when I called to customer care center I was told part is been order and is in transit so will take some time Again few days later I called to customer care I was told part isn’t received as they haven’t found it in parcel last they ordered So will take a week more On my 4th call I was told part is been received and you will get a call from service center I received message on 20th April on my mobile that your job is ready and you can collect it On 21st April I went to service center in Surat to collect handset and they told they haven’t got any such message from Ahmadabad nor any repaired device So how come Job sheet status is closed So service center person in Surat called Ahmadabad to inquire about it and was told the job is not done yet On 22nd April I received a new Message on my mobile stating new Job sheet JS15042200239 Again I called to customer care Delhi to ask about why has this happened they have no reply and told to inquire in service center On 27th April I got a call from a lady stating she is calling from Oneplus head office Ahmadabad and she asked whether I have submitted the handset in warranty and have you been told about any charge Obviously handset was just 1 month old and was in warranty and I wasn’t told about any charges. On inquiring About how many days more will it take to repair the handset she told It will be done On 29th April when I talked to official at Surat service centre I was informed that handset is having liquid damage and have to pay around 12000 RS So I asked why was I not told about it first if it was so Here I am not accepting damage was done from my side He told first the part is been ordered and after receiving part your handset was opened and then found liquid damage So kindly let me know in which company do they have such policy of ordering the spare part first and then opening the handset after 40 days to find liquid damage liquid damage May had happened while they were having observation and testing It’s almost 2 months now still not got the handset and whenever I mailed to customer support the above case they would have 1 reply we are in touch with service center allow us some time

Want full refund of the handset or new handset with warranty as handset is in service center from 2 months
