Please refer attached Invoices / Del Note for materials recently dispatched through DTDC. It is surprising that the materials dispatched through DTDC because of urgency has not reached us yet and while querying with the transporter we came to know that the material has been seized at check post because of non generation of Waybill Part II and they do not have any responsibility for the same .

Please see attached a Way Bill Generation manual from West Bengal Sales Tax Department , wherein it clearly says in page 16 that the responsibility of generation of part II is with the Consignor / Transporter . We do not understand the reason of non generation of the same , which results in huge loss at our end because of losing one of our most valuable customer and the whole reason of dispatch through DTDC goes in vain.

We request all concerned to take up the matter immediately and arrange to deliver the materials at our place.
