I have purchased the product online in Shopclues website on 31-07-2013 . The seller has shipped my product trough DTDC courier on 31-07-2013.Few days later I have checked my consignment status and it showed that the product is delivered.So,I conducted DTDC courier branch,Ranchi.They said that , “the address is undelivered area , that’s why we have return the product to origin . But , The they have put the status as delivered and the reason why i cannot request for refund from shopclues.com . I have Complained about this matter to DTDC consumer support . They told me that they would forward this matter to consign courier branch and they will conduct me within two days but their is no response after that. Here I have attached the Email received from the consumer support of DTDC.
Due to this matter I have physically and Mentally disturbed . So I request you to concern in this matter and provide me the relief fund and economic damage of Rs.380
