Dispatched Courier Package (M11119086) from Eureka Forbes was not delivered to specified address were in i was mentioned as a recipient. Concerned staff at DTDC Panaji informed that my Address is not found and courier person is unable to deliver the dispatched items. Finally i had to visit DTDC office and personally collect the package. This is a serious breach of acknowledged service on part of DTDC and required action should be initiated. I want some action to be initiated against the Courier Personal so that same offense is not repeated again.
