Flipkart – Big Billion Day Celebration Offers – Feeling cheated

Flipkart was conducting a marketing named “Big Billion Day” on 6th October 2014. For this, there were a lot of products available in the website at huge offers. So, people went out on a spree for purchasing their favorite items at heavily discounted prices. Likewise, I too went out on purchasing Moto E mobile phone, sold by Motorola for Rs.1500, actual price was Rs. 6999. Once I ordered the product, the amount was debited from my Credit card account, and I got confirmation of them immediately. (Attaching the detailed images). In the evening two out of 3 orders got cancelled citing clerical reasons for the error in price. Today Morning, I made a call with a customer care executive asking for the status of the pending order, and the moment I hung up the call, the remaining order too was cancelled. Thankfully, I got a refund initiated message for all the purchases I made, and I expect them to be available in the wallet soon. Request you to act against these fraudulent practices that many of the ecommerce companies are doing.

A sincere apology from Flipkart and a compensation amount of Rupees 1 Lakh against the fraud and cheating done on account of this sale
